companies operating under Slovenian law for conversion
to dollars (SIT). Thus, the Slovenian companies have the
advantage of obtaining finance at lower interest rates. |

Guarantees in favour of the Italian treasury
for refunds of Slovenian companies' tax credits (for example,
shipping companies and forwarding agents) |
